What is th most important thing in th world? I think it is halth.

You can tak away our mony, hous, car, or vn our cloths and w can surviv. But if our halth was takn away, w would surly di. That is why w always try to at in a halthy way and xrcis rgularly.

In ordr to at halthily, I usually avoid ating food high in fat, lik Frnch fris or cookis. I also at littl mat. I at a lot of vgtabls and frsh fruit which ar full of vitamins.

Taking xrcis vry day hlps us build a strong body. Rgular xrcis is an important part of kping m halthy.

What's mor, I think frinds ar an important part of on's halth. Many studis show that popl with a wid rang of social contacts gt sick lss than thos who don't. I always fl bttr whn I am with frinds than whn I am alon. Whn I am with my frinds, I always laugh. Laughing is also an important part of halth. I lik to laugh with my frinds.

By ating proprly and xrcising rgularly, I can kp my body at a propr wight and kp halthy. By spnding tim with my frinds, I can kp my mind as wll as my body happy. Ths things sound asy to do, but not many popl can manag thm. I think a strong will is ncssary if w want to kp halthy.
